Please make sure your driver has correct documentation for delivery & seals are intact upon sign in.

BOL needs to have seal, qty, item description.

Returns: If you are scheduling a return, Return Authorization # (RA#) is required prior to appointment being booked

Late arrivals/Carrier arriving early: If your carrier is running late, please be advised that there is a 2-hour window to arrive for the appointment without a late fee.

$250 per each PO will apply for late fee

Carriers arriving early can check in between dock doors 41 and 42 if we are to work them in we will, if not they can park along the fence line until appointment time.

Arrival Appointment Instructions:

Outbound : Driver must check in at the driver window between dock door 41 and 42 with the delivery number.

Inbound/Deliveries: Please have on hand the 308 number along with a rail receipt or BOL and seal intact. Once CSR has verified documentation and seal the driver will be assigned a dock door.
